1. About These Terms

These Terms of Service apply to your access to and use of the TCG Cards Distribution Japan website, online store, wholesale services and related services.

TCG Cards Distribution Japan is a Japan-based seller and wholesale supplier of trading card products, including Japanese Pokémon Trading Card Game products and other collectible card products.

By accessing our website, creating an account, submitting an enquiry or placing an order, you agree to these Terms of Service and any additional policies that apply to your purchase.

If you do not agree with these terms, you should not place an order or use services that require acceptance of them.

2. Eligibility to Purchase

We sell trading card products including booster boxes, booster packs, sealed products, specialty sets, collections, cases and other TCG-related products.

Product availability may change frequently, particularly for new releases, limited products and products affected by trading card market demand.

Product photographs are provided to help identify and describe products. Packaging, promotional markings, manufacturing details or other minor characteristics may vary between production runs.

4. Pokémon Products & Intellectual Property

Pokémon names, characters, artwork, logos, card designs, product names and related intellectual property belong to their respective owners and licensors.

References to Pokémon on our website are used to identify and describe the products offered for sale.

TCG Cards Distribution Japan does not obtain ownership of Pokémon intellectual property merely by purchasing, distributing or reselling Pokémon merchandise.

Unless expressly stated otherwise, TCG Cards Distribution Japan is an independent retailer and wholesale supplier and should not be interpreted as being operated, sponsored or endorsed by The Pokémon Company, Nintendo, Game Freak, Creatures Inc. or their affiliates.

5. Product Availability

Products displayed on the website are subject to availability.

Adding an item to your shopping cart does not reserve the item. Products may become unavailable before checkout is completed.

In unusual circumstances, inventory discrepancies may result in an order being placed for an item that is no longer available. If this occurs, we will contact the customer and provide appropriate available options.

We reserve the right to limit quantities where reasonably necessary because of availability, allocation, purchasing restrictions or suspected misuse.

6. Pricing

Product prices are displayed on the website or provided directly through a wholesale quotation.

Prices may change without prior notice due to supplier pricing, availability, currency movements, market conditions, release allocations or other commercial factors.

A price change does not normally affect an order that has already been accepted and paid, except where there is an obvious pricing or technical error or where applicable law permits correction.

Customers are responsible for reviewing the final product price, quantity, shipping charge and other applicable costs before confirming an order.

7. Wholesale & Bulk Orders

Wholesale pricing and availability may depend on the product, quantity requested, destination, release allocation and current inventory.

A wholesale enquiry does not guarantee product availability or reserve inventory unless we expressly confirm otherwise.

Wholesale quotations may have a limited validity period because TCG product pricing and availability can change.

Additional commercial terms may apply to unusually large orders, special sourcing requests or ongoing wholesale arrangements. Where applicable, these terms will be communicated before the relevant transaction is finalized.

8. Orders & Order Acceptance

Submitting an order does not necessarily mean that the order has been finally accepted.

We may review orders for payment confirmation, inventory availability, shipping information, fraud prevention and other reasonable operational requirements.

We reserve the right to decline or cancel an order where reasonably necessary, including where:

• A product is unavailable
• Payment cannot be confirmed
• Incorrect customer information has been provided
• There is an obvious pricing or website error
• We reasonably suspect fraud or unauthorized payment
• Shipping to the requested destination is unavailable or restricted
• The transaction would violate applicable law or regulation

Where a paid order is cancelled by us and no products have been supplied, any refund due will be handled using an appropriate method in accordance with our applicable policies and payment arrangements.

9. Pre-Orders

Certain upcoming TCG products may be offered for pre-order before their official release or before inventory arrives.

Release dates, expected arrival dates and estimated shipping dates are based on the information available when the product is listed and may change.

Manufacturer, supplier, distributor, customs, transport or allocation delays may affect the availability or dispatch date of a pre-order.

Where special cancellation or payment conditions apply to a pre-order, they should be reviewed before the order is placed.

10. Payment

Customers must use one of the payment methods made available through the website or otherwise approved for a particular transaction.

Orders may not be processed or dispatched until the required payment has been successfully received or confirmed.

11. Shipping

We ship orders from Japan using available postal, courier and logistics services appropriate for the destination and order.

Shipping costs, available methods and estimated delivery periods may depend on the destination, parcel weight, dimensions, order value and selected service.

Delivery estimates are estimates rather than guaranteed arrival dates unless a particular service expressly provides otherwise.

Delays may occur because of customs inspections, weather, transportation disruption, peak shipping periods, courier delays, incorrect addresses or circumstances outside our reasonable control.

12. Customs, Taxes & Import Duties

International orders may be subject to customs declarations, import duties, taxes, brokerage fees, handling charges or other charges imposed by the destination country or relevant service provider.

Unless expressly stated otherwise during checkout or in a specific quotation, such charges are not included in the product price or shipping charge paid to us.

The customer is responsible for understanding the import requirements that apply in the destination country and for paying applicable charges imposed upon importation.

We will not intentionally declare inaccurate values or misrepresent the nature of goods in order to avoid lawful customs duties or taxes.

13. Delivery Information

Customers are responsible for providing complete and accurate shipping information.

Please review your name, address, postal code, telephone number and other delivery information before submitting an order.

Additional charges resulting from an incorrect or incomplete address, refused delivery or unsuccessful delivery may be the customer's responsibility to the extent permitted by applicable law.

14. Product Condition

We take reasonable care when preparing and packaging orders for shipment.

Trading card products are manufactured, packaged and transported through commercial supply chains. Minor imperfections to outer packaging may occasionally occur and do not necessarily indicate that the product itself is defective.

If an order arrives materially damaged or you believe you received the wrong product, contact us promptly with your order information and clear photographs of the product and shipping packaging.

15. Returns, Refunds & Cancellations

Returns, refunds and order cancellations are subject to our Refund & Returns Policy and any mandatory consumer rights that apply to the transaction.

Because sealed trading card products can be affected by opening, tampering or removal of protective packaging, eligibility for return may differ once a product has been opened.

Nothing in these Terms is intended to remove or limit rights that cannot lawfully be excluded under applicable consumer-protection law.

16. Resale of Products

Wholesale customers may purchase products for lawful resale unless specific restrictions have been communicated for a particular product or transaction.

Resellers are responsible for complying with laws, taxes, consumer-protection requirements, product information requirements and marketplace rules that apply to their own sales.

Purchasing products from us does not grant a reseller ownership of, or a license to independently exploit, trademarks, copyrighted artwork or other intellectual property associated with those products beyond uses permitted by applicable law.
